Daisy Oliver was the daughter of Campbellberry and Alice (Contrel) Oliver. She married John Clement Harlan in Walla Walla, Washington on December 24, 1913.

Prineville - Daisy Oliver Harlan, a resident of Prineville since 1953, died Monday at Crook County Nursing Home. She was 97.
The funeral will be at 10 a.m. Friday at Juniper Haven Cemetery. Vault interment will follow. Officiating is Rev. H. Robert Ellisen of First Baptist Church in Prineville.
Friends may call at the Prineville Funeral Home from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. Thursday.
Mrs. Harlan was born Sept. 14, 1897 [sic 1889], in Genessee, Idaho, to Campbellberry and Alice (Contrel) Oliver. She spent her childhood and attended school in Walla Walla, Wash., where she married John C. Harlan on Dec. 25, 1913. Her husband preceded her in death in 1954.
After marriage she lived in Seattle, Portland and Salem before moving to Bend in 1934. They lived in Redmond and later moved to Albany. In 1953 she moved to Prineville. In past years she was active in Ochoco Garden Club, Phythian Sisters, Soroptimists International and the Home Extension Group.
For 75 years she was a member of the Rebekah Lodge in Walla Walla. She also belonged to First Baptist Church in Prineville. She was an excellent seamstress and enjoyed painting as a hobby.
Survivors include daughters Dorothy Schwab and Margaret Hudspeth, both of Prineville; three grandchildren, Barry Hudspeth of Portland and Allan Hudspeth and Margie Denton, both of Prineville; and six great-grandchildren.
In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by her sister, Belle Leedy, and grandson Harlan Schwab.
It is suggested that memorial gifts be directed to the activity fund, in care of Crook County Nursing Home, 1201 N. Elm, Prineville 97754."
