Mrs. Morphew died at Claydon on the 9th of January, 1868, at the great age of 105 years and 42 days. The register shows that Mrs. Morphew's funeral took place in the church yard of St. Peter, Claydon, on the 16th of January, 1868, and her age is given as 105 years. At the time of her death, she had outlived four of her five children, and had been a widow for the period of 65 years and 9 months.
