Here lies the body of Mrs. Elizabeth Smith, wife of
Charles Smith, Esq., in service of the Honorable Com-
pany at Fort St. George, and one of the daughters of
Mr. Francisco and Maria Carvalho, who departed this life
the 10th of April 1765, aged 22 years, 10 months and 23
days.
