Patrick married to Sarah McCarthy, daughter of Daniel J McCarthy 1850-1920 and Catherine, Her father is buried at Saint Gabriel Roman Catholic Cemetery in Hazleton. Sarah Flood does not have a memorial at this time. Their children: Gerald Flood, Daniel John Flood and Mrs. Thomas Herbert.

Patrick Flood, 73y, father of Attorney Daniel Flood, died while listening to his radio at his daughters home, Mrs. Thomas Herbert, with whom he resided. In addition to his son Daniel and daughter , he leaves a son Lieut. Gerald P. Flood and sister Mrs. Kate Flood, of Mahoney City.
The funeral Monday morning with requiem of mass at 9;30 o'clock in St. Johns Church, with interment at St. Mary's Cemetery, Hanover.

Patrick F. Flood stricken by heart condition while seated in a chair listening to radio. a native of Schuylkill County, and his parents were Patrick and Anna Flood, and they moved to Hazelton when Mr. Flood was a young man and married to Sarah McCarthy, daughter of attorney D.J. McCarthy. Thirty five years ago they both came to Wilkes Barre where he has since remained.
Mr. Flood was treasurer of Division 37, AOH, and member of St. John's Church, North Main Street and Holy Name Society.
