He was raised in Arlington, but relocated to Arkansas in 1985. He was an employee of Bob Maloney Ford for many years where he established lifetime friendships with many co-workers and customers. Lynn's true passion was fishing. After moving to Rogers, he became involved in tournament bass fishing and participated in many tournaments throughout the years. He was preceded in death by his mother, father and brother, Larry Ellis.
Survivors include his wife, Tonya Ellis of the home; two sons, Robbie and Chris Ellis of Arlington; one brother, Phillip Ellis of Arlington; one sister, Gerrie Jobe of Rogers; two stepsons, Brandon and Beau Scott of Bentonville; one nephew, Harley Jobe of Fayetteville; one niece, Nikki Williams of Rogers, Texas; six grandchildren, Shelby, Madison and Mason Ellis, Brooklyn, Baylee, and Kohen Scott. We loved Lynn with all of our hearts and he will be truly missed.
Visitation will be from 2 to 6 p.m. Sunday at Benton County Funeral Home in Rogers, www.bentoncountyfuneralhome.com.
