Railroad car inspector

Former Colton resident Harold Edison Prock, 81, of Nice died Tuesday at Sutter Lakeside Hospital in Lakeport. The cause of death is unknown, pending a doctor's report.

Prock, a native of Loring, Mo., formerly lived in Colton for 25 years.

He worked as a railroad car inspector for Santa Fe Railway for 38 years. He was a member of Santa Fe Railway Friendship Club.

Survivors include his wife, Delpha; two daughters, Gae Lynne Brown of Hayward and Linda McCleery of Nice; three sisters, Norma McNealy of Colton, Wilma Hester of Redlands and Genelle Harmon of Highland; five grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.

Graveside service will be held in Lakeport. Chapel of the Lakes Mortuary in Lakeport is directing.

The family suggests donations to National Parkinsons Foundation Inc., 1501 N.W. Ninth Ave., Bob Hope Road, Miami, Fla. 33136.
