"LEON SEYMOUR DIES"
"Leon "L. C." Seymour, 76, lifelong resident of Harrison County, died at Biloxi Hospital at 11 a.m. today after a long illness. Mr. Seymour was a fisherman most of his life and was a member of the Catholic Church. He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Blanche Seymour. He also leaves two daughters, Mrs. George Perrien, New Orleans ; Mrs. William A. Smith, Jackson, Ala.; two sons, Clinton and Lindus, d'Iberville; two sisters, Miss Mabel Seymour and Mrs. Paul Gilly, Biloxi. Two brothers, Alphonse and Lawrence, d'Iberville and five grandchildren. The remains will be brought from Bradford Funeral Home to the residence Friday morning. Funeral time has not been set."
Bradford O'Keefe Funeral Records, Book 36-A, page 179: Leon was 76 when he died at his home. He was a fisherman. The funeral home states he was buried in the Moran Cemetery, but he was actually buried in the Quave Cemetery.
