"Seymour Badly Hurt In Bicycle Accident "
"Walter Seymour, painter, Lee street, Biloxi, was seriously injured about noon yesterday on his bicycle while being towed by a truck driven by Lane Lawley on Division near Lee street. It is not known just how the accident occurred, but the bicycle might have hit a hole in the road throwing Mr. Seymour down or it might have struck the truck, but he was still unconscious this morning and unable to state just what happened. He suffered a broken arm and a bad concussion or fracture of the skull. He was taken to Biloxi Hospital."

"WALTER SEYMOUR DIES "
"Walter Seymour, 61, life long resident of Biloxi, died at Biloxi Hospital at 2 p.m. Saturday. Mr Seymour died from injuries received in a bicycle accident while going from his work to home on Wednesday. Mr. Seymour was a member of the firm of Dellenger and Seymour, painting contractors. He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Eulalie Campos Seymour; two daughters, Mrs. Elbert Manuel and Mrs. Lane Lawley, one son, Roy Seymour; two sisters, Mrs. Paul Gilly and Miss Mabelle(sic) Seymour; four brothers, Alphonse, Leon, Lawrence and Joseph Seymour, all of Biloxi; also six grandchildren. Mr. Seymour was a member of Biloxi Council Knights of Columbus, who attended his funeral in a body and acted as honorary pallbearers. The funeral was held from O'Keefe Funeral Parlors at 5 p.m. Saturday. Services at Church of Nativity were conducted by Fr. Paul Hession. Pallbearers were Earl Dellenger, Phillip Dellenger, R. O. Besse, Julius Sablich Jr., Eric Johansen and Earl Pablo. Interment in Biloxi Cemetery. "
