After they divorced, she married Robert Burns Hallock on August 16, 1884 at Buena Vista, Chaffee County, Colorado.

"Mrs. Theodosia Hallock, aged 68, a resident of Fullerton, for the past four years, died early today at her home at 409 South Malden avenue, following a long illness. The decedent is survived by her husband, Robert Hallock, office manager for the American Fruit Growers packing house on South Spadra road. The body is at the J.E. Seale funeral chapel pending the completion of funeral arrangements."
