Hazel Hill, 73 of Ft. Worth, Texas, formerly of Slaton, Texas passed away on Friday, April 4, 2008 at her resident. She was born July 18, 1934 to Ludella and J. D. Wilborn in Slaton, Texas. She is survived by her children, Ray Charles (Windy), Linda Hill, Dewayne (Leta), Cynthia Brown (Ronald), Brenda Smith (Milton), Frances Hill, Jeanette Pettigrew, Michael Hill (Shelia), Sherry Hill, Roy Hill, Lamar Hill, and Edward Hill (Paula); two brothers, Earl Wilborn (Mary), and Billy Wilborn; four sisters; Hattie M. Jones, Lucille Lewis, Novel Hall and Carolyn Powell; 26 grandchildren, nine great grandchildren; a host of other relatives and friends.
Service will be held Saturday, April 12, 2008 at 10 a.m. at Mt. Olive First Missionary Baptist Church, Slaton, Texas with Rev. Clifton C. Peoples. Burial will follow at Englewood Cemetery in Slaton, Texas under the direction of Griffin Mortuary.
The family will receive friends from 6-7 p.m. today at Griffin Mortuary.
