Norbert Alfred, aged 33 and a resident of Charenton died suddenly Thursday at 11:25 a.m. at Lakewood Hospital in Morgan City. He is survived by his wife, Carolyn Ledet Alfred of Charenton, one son, Barron Alfred of Charenton, two daughters, Tiffany and Treana Alfred both of Charenton, one brother, Victor Alfred of Charenton, and one sister, Mary Jean Lewis of Charenton. He is also survived by his mother Ethel Willis Alfred of Charenton.
Visitations will be observed at Mt. Pleasant Baptist Church Friday from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. with funeral rites read at same at 1 p.m. on Saturday.
Interment is Saturday at the Mt. Pleasant
Cemetery. The Buckner-Jones Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
