Mrs. Papaw was born in Potsdam on November 28, 1923, a daughter of Harlen and Florence Crump Moffitt and attended Potsdam schools.
She married Clarence Papaw on September 28, 1939, in Potsdam
Surviving are her husband, Clarence; a daughter and husband of Colton, a daughter of Potsdam, a daughter and husband, and a daughter, all of Rochester; 14 grandchildren; 25 great-grandchildren and a sister and husband of Potsdam.
Burial in Chapel Hill Cemetery, Parishville.
