Mrs. Garris departed this life on February 19, 2009 in Anson Community Hospital . She was born in Union County on August 16, 1925, to
Eddie and Mary Stitt McNeely. Her greatest joys in life were her love of God, her relationship with her family, and sharing the Word of God with all who were willing to hear. Earnistine is survived by two brothers, Don Phillip McNeely (Jessie) of Monroe, Mister Seacrest McNeely of Greensboro, NC; and two sisters, Sheila Eugenia Barringer of Taylorsville, NC and Winnie Bennett (Nelson) of Morven, NC. She leaves forty-one nieces and nephews, and although she never had any biological children, she was the Mother of the Church and fondlv known at "Aunt Tine" to all of those blessed enough to
have known her. Funeral services will be held on Sunday afternoon, February 22nd at 1 p.m. at The Glorious Church on Statesville Road, in Charlotte. Bishop Robert Huey will officiate. Interment will be in Beatties Ford Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends at 12 noon prior to the service at the church. Viewing will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Saturday
