Raymond Bryant, 65, of Lizella, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, October 4, 2023.

The family will have a time of visitation to greet friends on Thursday, October 5, 2023, from 6:00-8:00 p.m. at FairHaven Funeral Home. Funeral Services to celebrate his life will be held on Friday, October 6, 2023, at 11:00 a.m. in the chapel of FairHaven Funeral Home. Reverend Larry Newberry will officiate.

Raymond was born on June 9, 1958, in Macon to the late Odell and Mary Sue Bryant.

Raymond worked hard all his life to provide for his family, and most recently was employed as a heavy equipment operator. In his free time, he loved racing his hot rod, fishing, and working on his Nova. He never passed up an opportunity for a good meal, especially at Waffle House and Nu-way.

Above everything, Raymond loved his family dearly. Family was the cornerstone of his life, the source of his strength, and the essence of his happiness.

Raymond was preceded in death by his parents as well as his daughter, April Deanna Bryant. Sister; Brenda Gail Cannon, brother; David L Bryant and niece; Christine Cannon.

Left to cherish his memory is his loving family; His wife of 41 years; Kimberly Bryant. Daughter; Dana Newberry (Scott), Grandchild; AJ Newberry. Niece; Tammy Cannon and beloved dog; Spankie.
