Clara Dreishpoon was the only surviving daughter of Baruch Dreishpoon and Esther Feige Evanitsky. She had 5 brothers Azriel, Sam, Nathan, Izzy, and Harry.

Clara was married to Meyer Pokrassa about 1907, probably in France. They had four children Michael, Lisa, Julius (Julie) and Irving.
