He was born Aug. 12, 1929, in Blanchard, Okla.
He was a farmer.
Survivors include his daughter, Tina Higgins; brothers, Clodus and Leon Higgins; and sisters, Faye Phillips and Daisey Williams.
Services: Have been held at the Portales Cemetery.
