Mrs. Blagg was born February 8, 1918, in Smallett, Missouri. She was a homemaker and member of the United Transportation Union Ladies Auxiliary.
She is survived by a son, Ben of Denver; a daughter, Jonell Weaver of Denver; three sisters, Edith Miller and Eula Cheseborugh, both of Springfield, Missouri and Myrtle Reynolds of Pueblo; and four grandchildren.
