Norma Bell Stoltenberg of Dover passed away, Sunday, March 11, 2018 at Kent General Hospital. She was 90.
Mrs. Stoltenberg was born October 28, 1927 in Dover, Delaware to the late Frederick Bell and Clara Daly Bell, youngest of 7 children. She was a 1946 graduate of Dover High School.
She had worked for 20 years for the Caesar Rodney School District Office. Mrs. Stoltenberg was a life member of Wesley United Methodist Church and sang in the choir throughout her life. In her younger years, she frequently sang at weddings and performed with local choral groups. She was an avid listener of classical music. She also enjoyed china painting, oil painting and fishing with her husband.
In addition to her parents and siblings she was preceded in death by her husband, Harvey Stoltenberg.
She is survived by her son, Norman Stoltenberg of Pepperell, MA; daughter, Sandy Stoltenberg of Perryville, MD and nephew David Bell of Dover.
Graveside services will be held 1PM Friday, March 16, 2018 at Lakeside Cemetery, Dover.
