Aunt Vicky was a character and a bit of a gadfly, often filling her time with visiting her extended family in the US (CA, NY, TX, NJ), Chile and Israel.
She was married briefly (1937-1940) to Humberto "Robert" Diaz Castillo and they had no children.
In 1923, a New Times article reported she was "missing" and was last seen Sept 18. To this day, no one knows where she went or what happened. But since she was last seen wearing a "black velvet dress and green velvet hat," I imagined she was just simply out on the town having a lovely time of it all.
