Kathy Stafford, 72, of Shady Spring, WV, passed away on Monday, November 27, 2023 at her home, surrounded by her loving husband and family. She was born on June 23, 1951 in Oceana, WV a daughter of the late Clarence Ray and Wanda Estepp Meade. In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her two sons, Timmy and Gregory Stafford, two brothers, Wilkie Lee Meade and William "Bill" Kirk, and sister-in-law Belvia Lovins Meade.
