He died in April 26, 1941, at 4 pm, in an old age. He lived at 1718 W. Ohio street.
The funeral will carry on on Thursday, April 30, 1942, at 8.30 am from the funeral house at 852 N. Ashland Ave, to the church of St Steven (Szczepan); and from the church to the St. Adalbert cemetery.
