"County Judge Joseph P. Molinari signed Monday morning the final order for disinterment of the body of William Olive, Civil War veteran, who was buried in Potters Field at the Otsego County Home. Disinterment was sought by the local veterans of Foreign Wars and the American Legion posts so that his body may lie in the Civil War veterans' plot at Lakewood Cemetery. Olive resided in Middlefield and was in the New York volunteer regiment for three years during the Civil War. He had no known relatives. Date for reburial has not yet been set. Judge Molinari signed the order after a public hearing at which no opposition was expressed. Robert C. Tennant was there to represent the local veterans."
