She was born on April 13, 1919, in Sims, the daughter of the late John and Emma (Stepro) Windell.
She married Orland G. Bramlet who preceded her in death in May 1982.
Bonnie was a homemaker. She was a member of the First Presbyterian Church in both Eldorado and Wood River.
She is survived by one son, Gary Bramlet of Bethalto; one daughter, Jae Pickering of Rosewood Heights; three grandchildren, Gary and his wife, Ashley of Rosewood Heights, Diana of Rosewood Heights and James of Alton; and four great-grandchildren, Nicholas of Rosewood Heights, Ryan and Jessica of Jerseyville and Halle of Rosewood Heights.
In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by a brother, Douglas Windell and a sister, Marguerite Henson.
Visitation will be from 5 to 8 p.m. on Monday, Nov. 12, 2007, at Elias, Kallal and Schaaf Funeral Home in Bethalto. Graveside services and burial will be at Cottage Grove Cemetery in Equality on Tuesday, Nov. 13, 2007.
