Woman Killed in Korea
Word was received Monday night by Mrs. David C. Tibbetts, 815 Howard street, of the death in Korea of her grandson, Pvt. David Folsome Marye, son of Mr. and Mrs. Clifford Parke Marye of Evanston, Ill. Pvt. Marye was killed in action. He was a paratrooper with the U. S. Air Force in Korea.
David's mother was the former Erva Marie Tibbetts of Green Bay. Details of his death were not learned by Mrs. Tibbetts.

Rites Saturday for
Korean Casualty
The body of Pfc. David Fulsom Marye, 22, son of Mr. and Mrs. Clifford Park Marye, Evanston, Ill., who was killed in action in Korea on May 8, will arrive on the North Western road Friday afternoon and will be taken to the Coad Funeral home.
Funeral services will be held there at 2 o'clock Saturday afternoon, with the Rev. A. G. Adams D.D., pastor of the First Presbyterian church, conducting the rites. Burial will be in the family lot of Evergreen cemetery in Oconto.
Survivors besides his parents are two brothers, James, at home, and Clifford, Fort Worth, Tex.; his grandmother, Mrs. David Clifford Tibbetts, of 815 Howard street; and an uncle, F. H. Tibbetts, Green Bay. His mother is the former Erva Tibbetts.
