Mrs. Rachel Coppock
Pleasant Hill Woman Laid To Rest Monday

Interment Was Made At The Pleasant Hill Cemetery. Death Came As A Result Of A Complication Of Diseases.

Funeral services for Mrs. Rachel Coppock who passed away at the home of her son, Mr. D. H. Coppock in Pleasant Hill Saturday afternoon following an extended illness were conducted this afternoon at 2 o'clock at the Congregational Christian Church. Rev. W. G. Kershner officiated. Death occurred about 1:45 P.M. Saturday and was due to complication of diseases. She was 86 years of age. The deceased was born in Marion, Indiana and had been a resident of Pleasant Hill for more than 50 years and was well known throughout the community. She was a member of the Congregational Christian Church. Surviving is one daughter and three sons, Mrs. Esther Overman of Gold City, Michigan, Clarence of New York City, Chester address unknown, and Herbert of Pleasant Hill. She also leaves three step-daughters, Mrs. Almeda Beery of Pleasant Hill, Mrs. Bertha Edmu??lson of Oregon, and Mrs. Lura Miles of Richmond and four stepsons, Fred of Pleasant Hill, Charles of California, Horace of Perry, Ohio and Lambert of Oregon. Interment was made in the Pleasant Hill Cemetery under the direction of E.E. Geeting.
