Christopher (Shawn) Linkous, 46, passed away December 6, 2022. Shawn was born in Norfolk, Virginia to Sharon King Query and the late Harold Linkous. Shawn or "Hollywood" as he was known, served his country faithfully in the U.S. Army. He loved to play baseball, and loved music. He loved to sing and was good at it. Shawn loved his family and Friends.


Shawn was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents Harold and Shirley Linkous; and his father, Harold W. Linkous Sr.


Left to cherish his memory is his loving mother, Sharon K. Query; father, Dennis M. Query; sisters, Trinity Mckenny, Melissa Linkous and Samantha Norvel; brother, Harold W. Linkous Jr.; son, Jayden Linkous; daughter, Haley Linkous; maternal grandparents, Barbara Trail and Howard King; and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.


The family will receive friends at Graham Funeral Home, 1112 Kempsville Rd. Chesapeake, from 2-4pm on Sunday, December 18, 2022. A service to celebrate his life will be held Monday, December 19, 2022 at 1PM, at the funeral home with Pastor Mark Gorgans officiating. Burial will be in Albert G.
