Mrs. Cora Decker
Mrs. Cora V. Decker, 65, widow of George Decker, died suddenly of a heart attack at 7:30 o'clock this morning at the home of Nevin Harbold, near Hampton, for whom she was housekeeper.
Mrs. Decker was born in Adams county, a daughter of the late David and Mary (Blocher) Herman, and is survived by four sons, James Decker, Roy Decker, Melvin Decker, and Raymond Decker, all of Five Points: one daughter, Mrs. Maurice Bosserman, East Berlin; two sisters, Mrs. Charles May and Mrs. Jobe Starry, both of York Springs, and five brothers, Clayton Herman, York Springs; Hayes Herman, Biglerviller; John Herman, New York; Willis Herman, Littlestown, and David Herman, of York. Eighteen grandchildren also survive.
Funeral Tuesday morning, meeting at the L. C. Pittenturf funeral home, York Springs, at 10 o'clock, with services at the Hampton Lutheran church, the Rev. J. Harold Little officiating. Interment in the cemetery adjoining the church.
