Patrick was born in Ireland in 1819 and emigrated to the U.S. by the 1840s. He married Ellen Garrigan/Gahagan (1828-1903) at Notre Dame Des Victoires Catholic Church in Whitehall, New York on 10 November 1848. The first two of their ten children were baptised at the same church; the family relocated to Chicago, where both Patrick and Ellen died in the early 1900s.
His grave has no headstone; hers does. Her plot info is 4-431-39.
Patrick's Cook Co. death certificate shows he died at Little Sisters of the Poor Hospital, Chicago, on 11 Feb 1907 and was buried at Mt. Olivet in 14 Feb 1907.
