FAYETTEVILLE -- Jean N. Mason, 81, of Fayetteville died May 15, 2008, in Fayetteville. She was born Jan. 23, 1927, in Huntsville to Elton and Altha Lewis Napier. She was a homemaker, spiritual counselor and a member of New Heights Church in Fayetteville.

Survivors include her husband, Bill Mason; two sons, Charles Rothans of Colorado Springs, Colo., Robert J. Mason of Seattle; a daughter, Faith Ann Mason of Wentzville, Mo.; a sister, Joyce Kay Jackson of Huntsville; six grandchildren and a great-granddaughter.

Visitation will be from 2 to 4 p.m. today at Nelson-Berna Funeral Home in Fayetteville.

Services will be at 2 p.m. Monday at University Baptist Church in Fayetteville with Jim Hall officiating. Burial will follow at Fairview Memorial Gardens in Fayetteville.
