He was born in Indonesia and lived on the Treasure Coast for 25 years, coming from Indonesia.
He was a member of the City Blessing Church in West Palm Beach and the Indonesian American Society of Florida.
Survivors include his wife of 20 years, Susan Siregar; daughter, Valerie Siregar; sons, Matthew Siregar, Phillip Siregar, Joey Siregar, Henry Siregar and Dale Siregar, all of Port St. Lucie; and his mother and brothers and sisters in Indonesia.
Memorial contributions may be made to Hibiscus Children's Center, 2400 NE Dixie Highway, Jensen Beach, FL 34957.
SERVICES: A funeral service will be at 1:30 p.m. May 22 at Trinity United Methodist Church, Jensen Beach, with burial to follow at All Saints Cemetery in Jensen Beach. Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. May 22 at All County Funeral Home, 1010 NW Federal Highway, Stuart, with a memorial DVD presentation at 7:45 p.m.
Arrangements are by All County Funeral Home and Crematory Treasure Coast Chapel.
