Mrs. Pauline B. Shindledecker, of Gettysburg, departed this life June 6, 2008, after an extended illness.

She was the daughter of the late Francis C. and Mary Catherine Rice Beall.

Mrs. Shindledecker was formerly employed with Shriner's Sewing Factory of Woodsboro and H.L. Hartz of Frederick, retiring in 1989. She was a member of the Ladies Auxiliary of the Glen W. Eyler American Legion Post, Woodsboro, and enjoyed gardening and quilting.

She was the wife of the late Roger F. Hahn, who died in 1959, and surviving are a granddaughter, Faith Hahn-Cline and husband Kevin of Gettysburg and a great-grandson, William Cline.

She was preceded in death by a son, Francis W. "Billy" Hahn in 1968.

Interment was in Rocky Hill Cemetery, near Woodsboro.
