FRED BLANCO Retired chef Fred Blanco, 78, of Fontana died Tuesday from complications of pneumonia at Kaiser Permanente Hospital. Blanco, a native of Rio Grande City, Texas, lived in Fontana 21 years. He was a retired chef. Visitation will be from 3 to 5 p.m. Monday at Pierce Bros. Ingold Chapel, 8277 Juniper Ave., Fontana. Services will be at 1:30 p.m. Tuesday at Pierce Bros. Ingold Chapel, with burial at Rialto Park Cemetery, 200 Willow Ave., Rialto.
