Mr. Manuel about 89 years of age, living with his son on a farm near Moccasin when he died suddenly last Friday and was buried on Sunday.

The old gentleman was around as usual and went to his room; the family supposed him to be sleeping. In about an hour after he entered the room, someone went to see him and found him dead.

Mr. Manuel was preceded in death by his wife Tempy (Tew) Manuel.
