GREENVIEW, Nov. 17 - Alvin Banister [sic], 82, of Greenview died at midnight Saturday night in the Duncan Nursing Home, Springfield, where he had been a patient several years.

Surviving are his wife, Artie; 10 sons, Frank, of Iowa; Andy, of Detroit, Mich.; Reny and Fred, both of Greenview; and Harold, Loren, Bernard, George, Ronald, and Gale, all of Peoria; and three daughters, Anna, Myrtle and Helen, all of Peoria; and several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Funeral services were at the Ennis Funeral Home, Greenview with burial in Elmwood Cemetery.
