Lincoln, Aug. 31. - Mrs. Susan R. Boyer, 78, wife of John R. [sic] Boyer, died at her home southwest of Middletown Saturday morning after an extended illness.
She was married in 1880, and she and her husband celebrated their sixtieth wedding anniversary six weeks ago.
Surviving are the husband and the following children: Ida Case, Ella Boyer, Charles, Clarence and Carl Boyer, of Greenview; Addie Dawson, Jennie Dye and Isabella Boyer, of Middletown; and two brothers, William and Alvin Bannister, of Greenview.
