COTTONWOOD, NOV. 29--Funeral services were held recently in the LATTER DAY SAINTS CHURCH here for Mrs. Mary Ada Babcock Conder, 70 years old, who died November 21 at the home of her son, G.R.Conder.
Mrs. Conder was born February 16, 1878, in Texas. She and her husband, Robert L. Conder, came to the Verde Valley in 1913 in a covered wagon. She was the mother of 10 children.
Survivors in addition to G.R. Conder are the following children: Mrs. Lillie Lee of Cottonwood, Mrs. Lendora Major of Oxnard, Calif.; Mrs. Elphie Fuller of Globe, Mrs. Nina Tissaw of Williams, Mrs. Shirley Nail of Flagstaff, and Mrs. Addelene Meador of Camp Verde.
