Frank B. Scott, 67, of Rooker Lane, Elkmont, AL, died Tuesday, June 26, 2007, at Decatur General Hospital, Decatur, AL. Funeral services were held Thursday, June 28, at 11 a.m. at Ardmore Memorial Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Clyde Carter and Bro. Junior Carter officiating. Burial was in the Gatlin Cemetery in Ardmore, AL, with Ardmore Memorial Funeral Home in charge. Frank was born March 21, 1940 in Limestone County, AL, to James Maple Scott and Anne Mae McNeese Scott. He lived all his life in this area and was of the Baptist faith. He was preceded in death by his parents. Survivors include his wife, Sandra Scott of Elkmont, AL; sons, Lane Scott of Elkmont, John Wayne Scott of Elkmont, Stanley Scott of Ardmore, Darrell Scott of Elkmont, Clay Scott of Elkmont, and Jason Scott of Elkmont; brothers, Larry Scott of East Limestone and Jerry Scott of Ardmore; sister, Ruth Wales of Franklin, TN; and nine grandchildren. The sons served as pallbearers.
