Salome was the wife of Joseph Boyer. Her parents were Christian Bixler and Elizabeth Heim. Info per estate papers of Christian Bixler Jr 1781/1853. Joseph signed petition for dividing Christian's land "as right of his wife Salome."
Christian Bixler Jr died intestate leaving widow Elizabeth and 9 children: David, Henry, Catherine intermarried with George Herner, Maria intermarried with John Morcan (Morgan), Peter, Benjamin, Salome intermarried with Joseph Boyer, Lydia intermarried with Levi Deter (Dietrich) and John in his minority.
