Martha's family travelled to St. Louis to visit family in July, 1909. Her mother was pregnant with her at the time and she was born in St. Louis. Nice bonus for a summer trip.

Martha was born in St. Louis, MO during one of her parents' (Minnie & Bennie Cooper) visits to the St. Louis relatives. The city of St. Louis did not mandate written birth or death records until 1910 so there is no paper certificate.
