Conrad F. Detring of the Libertyville community passed away at the Madison County Memorial Hospital, Fredericktown, on Wednesday Nov 15, 1961. He was the son of the late William and Margaret Strahlman Detring and was born June 29, 1886. At the time of death he was aged 75 years, 5 months, and 6 days.
He was united in marriage to Grace Graham in 1915 and to this union four sons were born
Mrs Detring preceded him in death in January of this year. Also one son died at an early age
He is survived by three sons, Donald of the home and Edgar and Van Detring of Libertyville, four grandsons and seven brothers and sisters. Frank, Henry and George Detring of near Farmington and Lewis Detring of Omaha, NE. Mrs Emma Gaebe of St Louis, Mrs Lydia Crow and Mrs R.C. Graham of Farmington, several nieces, nephews and many friends

funeral services will be held Friday (tomorrow) at two o'clock at the Christian Church of Farmington of which he was a member, conducted by Dr C.C. Schuttier assisted by the pastor Rev Walter L. Simpson. Interment in the Christian Cem in Libertyville with Cozean Funeral Service in Charge
