Died. Skinner - At her residence in Allen Township, Sunday night, Mrs. Reuben Skinner, aged nearly 70 years, of dropsy of the heart. Her husband is in the asylum at Columbus, and is not expected to live. She leaves several children and grandchildren to mourn her loss.
