FRYE--Mrs. Clara J., 79, 303 Beechspring St., died May 1, 1968, at Lee Hospital. Born Feb. 20, 1889, in Fallentimber, Pa., daughter of Samuel and Sarah (Troxell) Beers. Preceded in death by parents and husband, Adam J. Survived by these children--Mrs. Beatrice E. Sellers, Port Hueneme, Calif; Dwight, Elton; Robert, Fontana, Calif.; Vera Jane, wife of Charles Woolcock, 303 Beechspring St.; and Catherine, wife of Ralph Wayne Bennett, Fairmont, W. Va.; 13 grandchildren, 3 great-grandchildren and brother, Dewey, Ashville, Pa. Member of St. John's United Church of Christ and Mary and Martha Sunday School Class. Friends received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Friday at the Picking-Treece-Bennett Mortuary, Somerset Street, where service will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday, the Rev. Maurice Smith. Interment, Beaver Valley, Pa., Cemetery.
