Frances "Fannie" (Sikes) Eoff was the daughter of Havilla Sikes and Laura Etta Oakes, the latter a native of Vermont.
Frances had siblings John Sikes, Lydia (Sikes) Legg, Leander Sikes, Lucresia Sikes and Thomas Sikes. Her father farmed in Shelby and McDonald Counties, Missouri.

On October 18, 1899 in Saratoga, McDonald County, Missouri, Fannie married William Moses Nay Eoff, the son of William Eoff and Margaret Eoff of McDonald County. Frances and William were the parents of Rex and Leo Eoff. Sometime before 1930 this family moved to New Mexico.
