Jens Denison died on Tuesday night, the 19th inst. of pneumonia. Deceased was the eldest
son of the late Hans Denison, and was taken sick about the time his father died, being
unable to attend the funeral, which took place last Saturday. He was born in Gjentofte,
Denmark, January 10, 1849, and has resided in Manti since early boyhood. He leaves a wife
and eight children, besides several brothers and sisters to mourn his loss. His wife and
three children are in Idaho on a visit and have been notified of the death. The time of
the funeral has not been determined, but will probably be on Saturday.
