Ila Petty Wells, 84, of 910 Lyman St, widow of Morgan Wells , died Monday in Cherokee Memorial Hospital. Native of Union Co; daughter of the late Green and Sallie Moss Petty. Surviving; grandson, Vincent Inman; two grandchildren; three great-grandchildren. Services 2 Wednesday at Southside Baptist Church by the Revs. Harry Crosby, G.W. Allen, E.B. Hicks; burial in Frederick Memorial Gardens. Shufford-Hatcher Funeral Home.
