Dewald--On Tuesday, September 1, 1896, at 4:15 A.M., Catherine, wife of the late Jacob Dewald, in her 80th year, late residence, Castle Shannon, at 2:30 P.M. Carriages leave M.S. Ward & Co.`s undertaking rooms., No. 34 Carson street, South Side, at 1 P.M. sharp. The train leaves Pittsburg and Castle Shannon depot at 1:45 P.M. Friends of the family are respectfully invited to attend.

Mrs. Catherine Dewald, wife of the late Jacob Dewald, died yesterday morning at her residence in Castle Shannon. Mrs. Dewald was in her 80th year, and was born in Germany. She came to America will her parents when a child and has resided in this vicinity every since. She leaves two sons, William and George. The funeral will take place from her late residence to-morrow after at l o`clock.
