Mrs. Holland died at her home about 6 miles west of here Sunday morning. The decedent was 74 years of age. She has been in poor health for a long while. The best of medical attendance as well as all that could be done by loving hands was to no avail. She was the mother of five sons and one daughter. Mrs. Holland was highly respected by all. She was an industrious lady and her neighbors speak of her in the highest terms. She was charitable and conscientious. She was greatly honored and loved by her family, to whom she was much devoted. The funeral took place Tuesday, services at St. Joseph's church where a large congregation was present to pay their last respects to a good woman.
