Mrs. Joseph Dunn.
Mrs. Joseph Dunn died at the family home, on the J. W. Andrews farm, four miles southwest of LaHarpe, at 6 o'clock Sunday morning, April 14, 1918. Her maiden name was Amanda Seibert [sic] and she was 61 years, 11 months and 3 days old. Her birth occurred in McDonough county, Ill., May 11, 1856 and her entire life was passed in this vicinity. The family moved from Fountain Green to the Andrews farm in 1913. The husband and four sons, John, of Galesburg; Ernest, Clint and George, of the home neighborhood, survive. Two daughters preceded their mother in death, one of whom was the late Mrs. Jas. Andrews, of LaHarpe. She also leaves three sisters, Mesdames Sadie Tippet, of Fountain Green, Jane Chilling, of Carthage, and Mrs. Youngmeyer, of the Adrian country; and two brothers, John and Gabe Seibert [sic], of Fountain Green. She was an estimable woman and many friends will hold her in kindly remembrance.
The funeral occurred at the Ft. Green Methodist church this morning, Rev. Jacobs, of LaCrosse, officiating. Burial at Fountain Green.
