This is my great aunt,Edna. She was the sister of Annie Riggins Otting, my Grandmother. She was also the sister of: James, Henry,and Willis Riggins,and Dollie Riggins Hartzog. Edna had a couple of children by her first marriage. Charles Holbert Haven was her second husband,and they were married for several years.
I will always cherish the memories of them coming down from Chattanooga for family gatherings and family reunions. As a child,my parents and I would go to Chattanooga to visit with them.
After Uncle Holbert passed away in 1983, Aunt Edna moved here to Rome,Georgia. She settled into an apartment at Heatherwood (apartments for the elderly). She passed away in 1986.
