Guy Brown, principal of the Central school; Coach Kennedy, Coach Marshall, and Ralph Tyndall. School was dismissed at the South Ward, Central, and high school building at 3 0'clock this afternoon in order that the pupils and teachers might attend the funeral.
Mr. Beery was the son of Mr. and Mrs. Eli Beery and was born in Adams County, January 11, 1853. He was married to Jane Barnett about 45 years ago. They resided at their home on Winchester Street until Mr. Beery became bedfast four weeks ago and they went to their daughter's home. Mr. Beery attended the Methodist church.
